Silk Paper Stock: Silk coated paper has a low surface sheen and a luxurious feel. It offers excellent ink-to-paper contrast, and printed colours appear bright and defined.

Matt Lamination: This protective coating removes the natural shine from the print and gives a smooth, soft feel with a subtle finish. Matt lamination creates muted colours as it can produce a lower contrast on darker tones.

Design Service Available*

Key Information

Same Day Collection Products: We offer Same Day Click and Collect Products, selecting the most popular items for you (collection only). The estimated turnaround time for this product is one hour to sixteen working hours. We aim to complete all our same-day express products within the same day or the day after (if the order is received by noon), but please note that this is not guaranteed in case of any technical difficulties or staff shortages. All our same-day products are digitally printed and available for collection on the day of your order or the following working days, allowing you to pick them up at your convenience.

Turnaround: Your artwork must be approved by 3 pm to receive your order by the expected delivery date. In order to receive your order by the expected delivery date, any confirmation of your order and upload of your artwork should be made by 3 pm. If your artwork has any technical issues, we will hold your order and contact you. All artwork must be approved via email. Once you have approved your artwork, we will print it and deliver it on the expected date that you have chosen from our order page.

Delivery: All our delivery dates are estimated.

VAT: Subject to applicable VAT, which will be added at checkout.

On-site Services and Products: We also offer an on-site walk-in service at our London-based shop in case any of our products and services do not match what you’re looking for or need customisation to meet your exact requirements. Walk-in service is available Monday through Saturday.

Refund: Claims regarding damages in delivery, delay, shortage of quantity, or impaired quality must be made in writing to us within 24 hours of delivery.
We reserve the right to reprint defective work and shall not be liable for a refund.
Our refund process can take up to 3 working days to complete once we have agreed to a refund.

Design Service

Design Service: We also offer a full print design service with our in-house graphic designers. You will just need to contact our team to get a quote for your design. The charges of the design and turnaround times will vary on the complexity of the design. Creating the perfect printed product design is a very important part so we want to help you every step of the way.

Artwork Check: After uploading your artwork, it goes directly to the print unless we find any major technical issues. If at any stage you are indecisive, not sure about your artwork or would like any further assistance, our friendly professionals will delightedly check this for you without any additional cost.
